TUS Holding has expressed a vivid interest in the development of the project in China and a joint opening of Imigize Measuring Centers.

During the meeting, the sides discussed financial and investment issues, implementation strategy and project development in China.

In accordance with the laws of the PRC (China has imposed a ban on Initial Cryptocurrency Offering operations), the issue was discussed in the format of venture capital investments.

A primary subject of talks was the creation of conditions for the Imigize intellectual property protection and potential cooperation with Alibaba and JD – the largest Chinese online retailers.

Tus Holding is a state company founded in 1994 based on the Science Park (TusPark) of Tsinghua University (Beijing). Its main activity is the establishment of Industrial parks and investment in high-tech industries.

Imigize – one of the most promising projects of the year

Thanks to Imigize online contactless fitting service, now anyone can buy online shoes (and later clothes) and be sure that it will be the right size and the best fit.

A meeting between representatives of Imigize and Sportmaster, one of the largest networks sport-related stores, was held in Moscow.

The goal was to analyze technical aspects of collaboration and execution of an agreement on launching the collaborative pilot project to implement Imigize online contactless footwear fitting service.

Sportmaster’s own brand Demix and Termit along with worldwide brand names as Outventure, Fila, Nike, Kappa, Merrell, Puma, Saucony, Babolat, Wilson, Salomon, Caterpillar, O’Neill, Columbia, The North Face, Tecnica are included in of goods. Demix holds 3rd place by sales volume in Russia and CIS among all brands of footwear.

A productive meeting was accompanied by the pleasant atmosphere in the Calgary negotiation room, named in honor of the XV Winter Olympics that were held in this Canadian city.

During this meeting, participants discussed technical aspects of Imigize contactless footwear fitting integration with Sportmaster online store. The launch of the pilot version of hybrid omnichannel sales based in Sportmaster Hypermarket at Pulkovo Highway in St. Petersburg was also on the agenda.

The forum brought together over 1100 financial community top officials of the countries of the Indo-Pacific region – Hong Kong, China, India, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia, Australia, USA.

Within three days from 14th to 16th of November the thematic conference and meetings of leading international and regional venture funds, investment companies and fund managers was held in the halls of luxury hotel Four Seasons.

The AVCJ Forum remains the bellwether for the alternative investment industry in Asia, where leading investors from the world’s most successful and influential firms congregate, for their annual market update, debate investment strategies and engage in high caliber networking.

During the forum, Imigize representatives demonstrated the work of contactless fitting service – a creation of 3D models of the customer’s feet using the portable scanner, the process of footwear selection and compatibility testing on the shoe samples.

The company’s project aroused interest on the part of the participants of the forum; were appreciated the novelty of the project and its potential to develop the online segment of the world market of shoes.

More than 50 meetings with fund chief executive officers and executive partners were held in the course of the forum with the purpose of development of the joint project in the region.
