In continuation of contacts at the AVCJ Forum, representatives of Imigize met with Tus Holding in their office in Beijing for a more detailed discussion of plans to open the first Measurement Center in China.

During the talks, the parties discussed the roadmap and the financial structure of the prospective Joint Venture.

The parties agreed on the transition to a more detailed stage of the negotiations, drawing up a detailed business plan for the Joint Venture, a further meeting with the Chinese team that will participate in the operational management of the Joint Venture, a personal meeting with the first Chinese corporate clients of the project – footwear manufacturers and Internet platforms for footwear and clothing.
